Below is a link to a post that describes PERFECTLY the "plan" I have pretty much been using as my personal eating plan for the Made to Crave Bible Study. I was having hard time describing it... it isn't a "non-plan" but it is very much different from the one the author (Lysa Terkeurst) uses, or maybe not so much. Reguardless...
