Not a bad deal... I did this a few months ago. It doesn't pay or anything, but I did get some nice coupons in the mail for joining up, and the survey only took about 25 minutes. I don't usually get an extra 25 minutes, so I bet you don't either, but this time I did, and it was worth it:) Not really any spam mail from them either. Go to Shoppers Voice and check it out.
